Overview
About this therapy
I can read energetic data in the human mind and body.
Specifically, I help people understand the nature of their pain (emotional, mental, physical, energetic etc) and their energy (the abundant intelligent life force that animates the human body and mind).
I can read this information in the mind and body, in person or via video call, and help people understand useful, pragmatic steps that they can take to help work through what they're facing.
If you have already done some work on yourself and are looking for what the next step might be to move forward, it's likely that I'll be able to help you elucidate more of what that is.

What to expect
What happens on the day?
An informal chat to get to know each other a little bit and the contexts in which we live - time, place, living context etc
A discussion about why you have reached out to explore this kind of work, what is it that is calling you, what are you looking to overcome/understand/move through etc and why.
A deeper explanation of the work I do.
The reading itself, primarily focused on what your energy is attempting to do next and what is holding it in place or preventing its expansion.
Some recommendations.
