I love supporting people with their journeys in life. In 2018 I created Roots & Boots lifestyle which helped me to streamline this passion which I feel incredibly lucky to call my job.
Having qualified as a Psychodynamic Counsellor in 2007 with a work history of care and support work I began to be drawn to working with energy.
This path has led to train as a Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Energy Medicine Yoga teacher, Chakra Dancing - Creative Meditation instructor and Eden Method Practitioner.
I love seeing how clients step back into their own power having maybe suffered with physical, mental or emotional issues; then receive support, techniques and having someone who genuinely wants the best for them really blossom.
