About this therapy
Join Tansy in the Wild for an escape into Nature to honour the season and yourself.
Tansy holds these mini-retreats on or close to Gaelic festivals such as the Spring & Autumn Equinox and the Summer & Winter Solstice periods.
These nourishing days out include some gentle Qigong, Forest Bathing, Meditation and Reflection with a Firepit and delicious vegetarian lunch with sweet treats and plenty of refreshments.
Retreats are held at a private woodland on the grounds of the famous Hever Castle.
A beautiful secluded woodland that scoops you up and envelopes you in the beauty and tranquillity of Mother Nature.
The combination of Qigong & Forest Bathing is a powerful way to connect with your own body and Nature and then sink into being and community with the more than human world. Gathering round the fire to enjoy delicious food, reflect and contemplate with like hearted souls will fill your cup and rejuvenate your soul.

Today was amazing Tansy. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful event. I have been inspired and learned so much from you and the other women in the group. I loved connecting with Nature and finding the space to breathe and be. It has given me great clarity and a sense of self.

I was part of a small group on Tansy's Soul Setting workshop in January. We went on a 6 hour walk through beautiful woodlands and fields starting in Ide Village. Throughout the walk Tansy guided us through different activities which allowed us to connect with nature and encouraged us to think about the year ahead and what intentions we would like to set for 2023. It was such an uplifting day and I loved connecting with like-minded people.
