Or you may have digestive issues, which are exacerbated by stress, or contribute to how we are able to live our day-to-day life. You may be experiencing general, or more specific, aches and pains (joint, muscles, migraines/headache pain), which can have a big impact on us. Menopause, fertility issues; lacking energy or sleep issues - there's a range of holistic therapies to suit everyone - whatever it is you're looking for.

Reviews:

Hazel B: "A friend of mine, (knowing I am a little anxious at the moment) suggested I contact Lorraine for massage therapy to help me relax, take time out and to look after myself. From the first phone call, Lorraine made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She patiently listened to me describe my aches and pains and completely understood how I was feeling.

At my first consultation Lorraine made me feel very welcome and my back massage was amazing. I even tried reflexology (which is a big thing for me as I am not keen on having my feet touched). I soon realized what I have been missing as my feet felt like they were walking on air for days after. I really recommend anyone try it. Lorraine really does look after you. Can't wait for the next session!"

Richard T: Had my first session last week. Was made very welcome by Lorraine. I felt very comfortable with her.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Had a good chat to start, then a massage. Came out feeling very relaxed and felt some of my sadness coming out after many years trapped inside me. Really looking forward to my next session.
