About this therapy
Each session is tailored to you and how you’re feeling on the day. I begin with a gentle check-in before moving into a calming, restorative experience using a blend of breathwork, sound healing, energy work and, where appropriate, reflexology. The intention is to create a safe space for you to slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself.
Taking time to pause can help you step out of the busyness of everyday life and give your mind and body space to rest and reset. Breathwork, sound and gentle holistic therapies can support relaxation, nervous system regulation and a greater sense of calm, balance and wellbeing.
These sessions are for anyone who feels they need a little more space to breathe, slow down and reconnect with themselves, whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained or simply wanting to prioritise your wellbeing.
No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are.

What’s included
Everything you need is provided, including blankets and anything else to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. Just turn up as you are, although if you have a favourite blanket, cushion or other little home comfort, you’re very welcome to bring it along.

Depending on what you need on the day, your session may include breathwork and grounding, sound healing, gentle energy work, reflexology, crystal and chakra balancing, or a combination of these. Each session is personalised to support relaxation, balance and your overall wellbeing.
