About this therapy
Pregnancy Massage. 3 Treatments 60 minutes per session.
This is a gentle soothing massage designed to make you feel relaxed and cared for. Pregnancy is an exciting time but can also be a little worrying. The massage sessions usually last for about an hour, which gives you time to talk about anything that is bothering you or discuss exciting plans.
Partners, friends or family members can be shown simple massage techniques to help you stay comfortable at home in the last few weeks of pregnancy. Which can also be a great help during labour.
