Fostering Connection: Our Mama & Baby circles provide a supportive space where mothers and babies can come together to connect, share, and grow. Through guided discussions and nurturing activities, we celebrate the joys and challenges of motherhood, building a community of understanding and support.

Deepening Bonding: The gentle vibrations and melodic tones of our sound baths create a cocoon of tranquility, fostering a deep bond between mother and baby. As you immerse yourselves in the soothing sounds, you'll feel the stresses of the day melt away, allowing for precious moments of connection and intimacy.

Promoting Well-being: Sound baths are renowned for their ability to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. For mothers, this means a chance to unwind and recharge amidst the demands of parenthood. For babies, it's an opportunity to experience gentle sensory stimulation and promote calmness and contentment.

Embracing Mindfulness: In our circles, we cultivate mindfulness and presence, inviting mothers to connect with their inner selves and their babies in the present moment. Through guided meditation and mindful listening, you'll learn to savour the beauty of motherhood and find peace amidst the chaos.

Supporting Growth: The early months of motherhood are a time of immense growth and transformation, both for you and your baby. Our circles provide a nurturing environment where you can explore this journey together, learning from each other's experiences and celebrating each milestone along the way.

Small, intimate group sessions are held monthly on Thursday afternoons at the Angel Centre in central Tonbridge. Together, let's embark on a journey of connection, healing, and joy as we nurture the bonds that will last a lifetime.
