You get to leave your responsibilities at home and take time out to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Are you experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness or fatigue?
Have you noticed how easy it is to talk and express yourself when you walk alongside someone rather than sitting face to face or speaking through a screen?
Wellbeing walks are a gentle 90-Minute walk in Nature with Therapeutic coaching, mindfulness and Nature Connection.

Your booking includes a 60 minutes session with email confirmation after checkout.

Participant guidelines

Today was amazing Tansy. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful event. I have been inspired and learned so much from you and the other women in the group. I loved connecting with Nature and finding the space to breathe and be. It has given me great clarity and a sense of self.
A fantastic day out in the beautiful Kent countryside being guided and coached by the brilliant Tansy. An opportunity to meet other wonderful women, to be outdoors with nature, to reflect, to listen and to share. An amazing day, very grateful.
I was part of a small group on Tansy's Soul Setting workshop in January. We went on a 6 hour walk through beautiful woodlands and fields starting in Ide Village. Throughout the walk Tansy guided us through different activities which allowed us to connect with nature and encouraged us to think about the year ahead and what intentions we would like to set for 2023. It was such an uplifting day and I loved connecting with like-minded people.
