About this therapy
Pregnancy massage is a wonderful way to connect with the changes that occur in the body, it helps by relaxing and reducing any anxiety and stress, easing any aches and pains and offers some well deserved time and space for yourself. Hypnotherapy helps also in reducing anxiety and fears around pregnancy and birth while providing resilience. It provides the space to breath and think more clearly and to make the whole process of pregnancy, birth and the postnatal a little easier.
Enjoy 2 pregnancy massages of 75 minutes and 4 hypnotherapy/hypnobirthing sessions to help with a smoother journey.
