I was pressure sold things that I didn't want. 2 men came into my house gave me a price for everything. I'm housebound so didn't really need mobile data but they still signed me up for a plan with loads of data. They didn't set up a memorable word for me so I'm now locked out of my account. The customer service wouldn't even let me close my account. Which meant the 14 day cooling off period will be up before it gets sorted. And even though I said the SIM cards were urgent they didn't bother to order them, so I've waited 14 days with no SIM card only to be told they weren't ordered. And I now find out the price they quoted was wrong anyway. I was told 2 years of Amazon prime was included but now they say it's only 3 months free Amazon. So I'm going elsewhere where sales reps aren't going to lie to me

Somehow every time they send an engineer it just gets worse... multiple times every day the connectiom cuts from all devices in the house then comes back later. Genuinly another horrid company who claims their way better then what they are

I am with VM - and they simply don't give a crap. Pay up but don't ask for service
