Our rehearsals are perfect for wellbeing and self-care and to build friendships in a supportive environment! No audition, no pressure just a lot of fun!

Led by our incredible West End Musical Directors! Singing is a great way to increase oxytocin and to alleviate anxiety through breath control - being part of a community and a sense of well-being is also another benefit… We are trained in Mental Health First Aid and compliant in Safeguarding ourselves.

Rehearsal time 7.30pm-9pm (Doors open at 7pm) UK Time
Our term starts on the 13th January with Rehearsals in Greenwich on Mondays and Wednesdays in Wimbledon
