Naomi has been an incredible support for me during a heavy period of grief, a career change and personal transformation. As a coach, Naomi is a pillar of accountability and has a no-nonsense approach but shows patience and compassion for when you slip up. Her 1:1 breathwork sessions have also been hugely beneficial in processing the early stages of my grief and slowly shedding away the internal parts of me that hold me back. Make the investment. I attended a beautiful 1/2 day retreat where Naomi facilitated her BCB Signature Method. There was cacao, connection, breathwork and sound healing and it was amazing. As someone who holds space and supports my clients, it was wonderful to be the one to receive support and be held in such a safe space. And the Astrological and Tarot reading that Hannah gave was so insightful, preparing us for the next 6 months. I believe this will be a monthly workshop and I can't wait for the next one.
