A Candlelit Group Sound Journey Experience

What to expect:

The experience starts with a guided meditation following the ancient practice of yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is known as a massage for the nervous system. It systematically moves the consciousness through the different brain waves to arrive at a level of consciousness where the mind & body are equally relaxed and receptive to the healing that can occur when the body is at deep rest. It's considered bliss for mind & body, connecting with the breath, creating relaxation throughout the entire body, nervous system & subconscious mind.

The Yoga Nidra practice is followed by a 1hr Sound Bath, using various sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, himilayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, handpan, native american flutes and other supporting instruments.

Throughout the experience, you'll be laying horizontally on a yoga mat. To make the experience even more comfortable, you can bring with you another yoga mat for added cushion, a pillow to elevate the legs and a blanket to use as support or to cover your body if needed.

We allow space for integration at the end of the experience.

Package of three sessions: $80

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This event can be experienced individually or as a three part series over the course of three months, once a month, every third Sunday of the months of September, October & November. During check out there will be an option to purchase one session or three sessions. If you'd like to experience only one session, you can choose the option of one session. If you'd like to experience the full 3 part series, you can choose three sessions, with the third session offering a discounted rate.
