Are you ready to meet your shadow with courage, curiosity, and love?
What if the parts of yourself you've suppressed - your anger, your brilliance, your sensuality, your grief - were actually keys to your freedom?
This unique session is for deep feelers, seekers, and courageous souls ready to face their reflection and reclaim their power.
We use mirror meditation to connect directly with the shadow - the parts of ourselves we’ve denied, rejected, or hidden from. And we combine this with vocal sound healing to activate your body's own medicine.
Through vocal release and intuitive guidance, we move stuck energy, open the throat chakra, and unlock your true voice - not just the one you speak with, but the one your soul has been waiting to sing through.
Whether you're facing self-doubt, creative block, shame, or a desire to be more fully you, this session supports deep integration and awakening.
This is not talk therapy. This is soul work.

What to expect
What happens on the day?
Session take place over Zoom, which is free to download. Be sure to become familiar with the software in advance of our session to ensure our time is dedicated to your healing. Clients should be visible throughout the session. A full-body or large mirror will provide the best results, so be sure to have it at the ready within your space.
