Sound Healing Meditation Class

If you have ever been to a sound bath before my classes are quite similar but through my studies I have decided to deliver my classes from a chakra healing perspective.

I use a combination of ancient and modern instruments to guide you into a state of calm and relaxation. Each instrument was specifically chosen for its resonance and frequency to clear energy blockages in the body and to attune each Chakra back to its intended state; optimising the body and putting you into a healing mode.
