About this therapy
Wellness initiatives in the workplace enhances morale, energy levels, productivity and focus among your employees. The demands of desk-bound work can take a toll on the body, leading to discomfort and decreased efficiency. Physical Wellness Sessions, such as Yoga Classes, are designed to:
- Strengthen muscles
- Improve posture
- Increase flexibility
- Enhance overall physical well-being
Sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities and are available as a weekly wellness experience for your employees or as a one-off event. Sessions can also take place as part of a Conference, Retreat or a Team Building activity.
Workplace Wellness includes a diverse range of offerings, including:
- Traditional Yoga: Perfect for those looking for a holistic approach to fitness and relaxation.
- Chair Yoga: Ideal for busy professionals who want to destress and improve their flexibility right at their desks.
- Yogalates: A fusion of Yoga and Pilates designed to enhance physical strength and mental clarity.
- Meditation Workshops: Promote mindfulness and stress reduction through guided meditation sessions.
- Breathing Workshops: Learn effective techniques for relaxation and mental focus.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available subject to practitioner availability.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.
