About this offering
In my Yin Yoga sessions, we’ll dive into deep, meditative stretches that target the body’s connective tissues, promoting flexibility and relaxation. Each pose is held for several minutes, allowing you to release tension and connect with your breath.
During the session, I also share tips and insights on topics that support personal growth and well-being. These sessions are designed to help you find balance and leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Participant guidelines
