Amanda Davis

Amanda is a dual-heritage woman, wife and mother in a neurodivergent family. She is a Registered Mental Health Nurse who recently transitioned from her role within the National Health Service to focus on providing support as a Mentor to individuals for self-discovery, and a Trainer for both Holistic and Professionally Regulated Practitioners in emotional first aid and competence in practice. Passionate about supporting people to rediscover their soul essence, Amanda integrates an anti-oppressive approach using practices like Conscious Connected Breathwork, Energy Healing, and person-centred Counselling skills with her extensive knowledge of the cause, effect, support needed and preventative actions for mental health and socio-economic challenges, multidisciplinary liaison and collaboration, training and education. By bringing together Mainstream and Holistic Practitioners in helping roles to collaborative in enhancing community wellness and promoting ethically informed practices honouring their global majority roots, she guides and mentors individuals and groups to reconnect with their cultural heritage and ancestry while navigating the complex systemic issues people experience when trying to access protective support. Committed to promoting equity, she actively supports global majority communities by advocating for ethical expression and authenticity and cultivating spaces for liberation of the whole self.
