The School of Mindful Healing was founded by Amanda Panayiotou, to create a space for self-discovery and holistic wellness through mindfulness and spiritual courses, programmes, workshops, events and treatments.
Everybody's needs differ and may need a different approach. The School of Mindful Healing supports your needs where they can, working from a heart centered holistic approach.
We offer a safe in-person space for women and hold both individual and small group sessions to give a more personal feel.
