Georgina Strickland BSc MAR FHT (CNHC reg) t/a Lifespan Reflexology
I am a Professional Foot and Facial Reflexologist, based in Kent, England, with many years experience (since 2004) and work with people of all ages. I specialise in reflexology for women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy and menopause, but treat people of all ages and backgrounds…everyone is welcome! I have a passion for helping people feel better and able to cope with life’s stresses. Reflexology does not claim to cure or diagnose but helps the body regain homeostasis, or balance, by engaging the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and digest mode) and lowering stress hormones which in turn allows a better flow of blood, nerves and energy throughout the body. Reflexology can help a range of emotional and physical conditions and is suitable to receive from birth through to end of life…helping throughout your lifespan.
I run a number of reflexology self care workshops for parents, women, couples and children and this love of sharing led me to publish my first children’s reflexology book Sally Calms The Storm in 2022, which is available worldwide https://amzn.eu/d/ikg8xdY . I also teach other therapists how to support and empower clients through the perimenopause with facial reflexology.
