Hi I'm Natalie and I'm a Hypnotherapist and 9D Breathwork Facilitator based in South Shields, in the North East of England.
I have a passion to help people be the best versions of themselves - whether that be through making changes in their lives or holding space for them to enjoy some deep relaxation through massage, group hypnosis or breathwork.
