9D Breathwork 1:1

“Michelle D: I went to see Natalie for a hypnotherapy session and upon understanding my situation she recommended I go "full throttle" with an intensive 9D Breathwork session. It was utterly transformative and one week on I am completely astounded at the difference it has made to my mindset and sense of peace in putting past trauma behind me, so quickly. Natalie put me at ease right away and I felt able to be fully open with my problems.”

“First time trying a meditation hypnotherapy with natalie and i was really apprehensive. i find it difficult to relax and enjoy such experiences so shy away from them. natalie was incredible from the moment i walked through the door.”

“Natalie is absolutely fantastic, i've had the pleasure of experiencing both massages and hypnotherapy and she has become a huge part of my self care routine. i always leave feeling better and super chilled. her love of her work shines though and she genuinely loves helping people feel great xx”
