About this therapy
Reiki taster session - Reiki is quite a difficult treatment to describe because no treatment is the same. Some people may experience heat, some cold, some nothing at all .. but that doesn’t mean that you have not received any Reiki. Some people experience much more. If you have never tried this treatment this is perfect for you.
I do a very short consultation really just to make sure that if you have any mobility problems etc I can make you as comfortable as possible. You will be lying down, fully clothed in a candle-lit room, warm, soothing music and delicious scents. All of this to create a sensory, relaxing experience.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18 unless otherwise agreed by the practitioner.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
