My journey into self development began when I was 20 years old. As a young woman I was plagued with insecurities and low self esteem. I was self-critical, felt inferior and unlovable which led me to being quite self destructive. My first mystical experience happened when I was just 21 in a workshop on dreams when in meditation I experienced a loving presence and a deep magenta orb of light which opened my heart and released deep grief, yet a sense of being loved and held. A few years later a car accident occurred at my lowest, right after a burn-out. It was the wake up I needed and during my convalescence I was able to reflect on how i had been living my life which had been in high levels of stress and anxiety. So, after my recovery I was drawn to train in Hawaiian Kahuna massage (1999-2000) which I had received whilst in recovery and had greatly helped with pain and PTSD.
In 2010/11 I completed a diploma in Life Coaching and NLP at the Coaching Academy UK before advancing onto a Breathwork training with the Nevsah Institute (2023). Breathwork has been one of the most profound healing tools I have experienced and worked with and I combine it with tuning forks, acu touch, and laying hands energy work.

I’ve used wellbeing pharmacy in Chadwell Heath Romford for four or five years. My meds are delivered always in time and I rarely have occasion to query things - I have a complicated prescription. The delivery drivers are always pleasant and helpful with top marks to Nad with his patient and caring manner. I usually have my Covid and flu jabs at the pharmacy and receive excellent service. Overall I am grateful I have such a great pharmacy to serve my needs.

I was unfortunately moved from Wellbeing Pharmacy Chesterfield Drive Ipswich to Wellbeing Pharmacy Norwich Road Ipswich. No explanation or consideration given. Virtually every month I have to call the branch in Norwich Road chasing my delivery, and every month it’s the same excuse. “We’ve been waiting for one of your items to come in”. And it’s always the same item. Why can’t they order in 2 one month so they always have one in stock. Failing that, deliver the rest of my items and the other when it arrives. My surgery issued my prescription 11/09/25. Today is 16/09/2 and I’m still waiting for my delivery. There is no parking at Norwich Road, I’m in a wheelchair, reliant on delivery, time to find another pharmacy. Wellbeing Norwich Road, you’re lucky I can’t give a minus.

'Customer service' is apparently frowned upon here, as is smiling, speaking coherently, and eye contact. I'd guess the only reason they still exist is because the older generation haven't yet grasped Pharmacy2U.
