Growing up in Italy surrounded by art and artists, daughter and assistant of a natural birth midwife, Viola developed through her upbringing, work, and studies an ability to hold space for anyone in need of support with their creative process. She likes to see herself as a midwife that helps birth art and creative projects instead of little humans!
After a 20+ year career in the performing arts as circus aerialist and dancer, she trained in Movement Direction & Teaching (RCSSD, London) and Embodied Meditation & Coaching. In 2021 she founded Flow&Radiate with energy healer Tessa Blackman and embodiment coach Valeria Chiara Puppo. She now leads 1:1 Creativity Coaching and Embodiment sessions, as well as group workshops and classes.
