About this therapy
A card reading experience that takes you beyond the words and the conscious mind into the depths of your embodied wisdom.
Every image we look at can become a mirror to look into our subconscious. Reading the message of the cards through movement will offer deeper insights and clarity in regards to the questions you are asking.
A typical session includes a brief introduction to a set of decks for you to choose which one you want to work with. We will then ask the card questions and you will be guided to understand and interpret the message of the cards trough embodied practices.
The session ends with journaling and a tailored, embodied practice that you can repeat in your own time.
You don't have to have any movement experience, everybody is welcome!

About the reader Viola Bruni
Viola is an embodiment and meditation coach who works with different types of images and movement practices in her work. She has studied and worked with different decks and found that joining embodiment and readings of images helps us discover and receive answers in a deeper, more anchored way.
After a 20+ year career in the performing arts as circus aerialist and dancer, a master in Movement Direction & Teaching (RCSSD, London) and a certification of Embodiment Meditation Teacher from Embodiment Unlimited, in 2021 she founded Flow&Radiate with energy healer Tessa Blackman and embodiment coach Valeria Chiara Puppo.
Since then she lead a range of workshops and 1:1 session on meditation, embodiment, creativity and used embodied card redaings as a tool both in her 1:1 coaching work and when leading women circles.
