About this therapy
In-Person Intuitive Crystal Healing - We will start by having a short discussion about what you would like to address and depending on the needs, I will set up a crystal grid and ask you to choose some crystals to be used in your healing too. In-person, you will lie down and I will set up the grid before taking you through a soothing, guided visualisation or shamanic journey, depending on the healing required.

Online Intuitive Crystal Healing - We will start by having a short discussion about what you would like to address and depending on the needs, I will set up a crystal grid and ask you to choose some crystals to be used in your healing too. In-person, you will lie down and I will set up the grid before taking you through a soothing, guided visualisation or shamanic journey, depending on the healing required. Crystal Healing from a distance will involve a video call to discuss your needs and I will use a ‘virtual person’ to place the crystals on and around, whilst having you in mind. Everything else is just the same as the in-person session.

Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18 unless otherwise agreed by the practitioner.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
- Tell the practitioner about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions before attending.
