At Synergy we aim to empower clients with compassionate, holistic coaching, that establishes a foundation for living life with a renewed sense of value, purpose and fulfilment. I am Jay Johnston, and I am a Reiki Master. Following years of abusive relationships and suffering from low self-esteem since childhood, my introduction to Reiki came at a particularly dark and difficult period in my life. After experiencing Reiki Energy, I felt that I should share this with everyone as it helped me to put a stop to the abusive cycles! Having always been an Empath and someone who enjoys helping others, it is only natural that I should utilise Reiki Energy to help others, in the same way it helped me!
