Meet your coach: Viola Bruni

Growing up in Italy surrounded by art and artists, daughter and assistant of a natural birth midwife, Viola developed trough her upbringing, work, and studies an ability to hold space for anyone in need of support trough their creative process. She likes to see herself as a midwife that helps birth art and creative projects instead of little humans! After a 20+ year career in the performing arts as circus aerialist and dancer, a master in Movement Direction & Teaching (RCSSD, London) and a certification of Embodiment Meditation Teacher from Embodiment Unlimited, in 2021 she founded Flow&Radiate with energy healer Tessa Blackman and embodiment coach Valeria Chiara Puppo.

Flow & Radiate was born from the desire to support anyone in their creative process trough embodiment and meditation, a pathway that we know intimately from our own experience as artists and meditators, and a more than a decade long working practice of helping performers birth their creations.

On our journey from ‘show business to slow business’ we encountered systems and tools that have helped us keep our creative self alive trough the many changes and challenges of life. The wisdom gathered on this path is what we are here to offer you.

Everything we share comes from our lived experience and professional training. Our services are bespoke to your specific needs and rooted in Embodiment Coaching and Meditation, Checkov, Laban, and Lecoq technique, Contemporary Dance and Somatic practices.
