Overview
About this therapy
In this session, you will experience 60 minutes of personalised practice including Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Meditation.
These tools will help you regulate your nervous system when needed. Trauma-informed yoga is a compassionate approach that recognises and addresses potential triggers of trauma during practice.
It emphasises creating a safe and supportive space, allowing participants to make their own choices, and avoiding language or adjustments that may be triggering.
This approach promotes healing and empowerment for trauma survivors, with sensitivity and awareness woven throughout the session.
