Pregnancy is physically and emotionally exhausting at times!
Pregnancy massage is a safe treatment that reduces swollen feet and legs, improves joint pain, relieves sciatica and lower back pain, improves sleep and aids relaxation. It is a lovely way to take some time out for yourself to de-stress.

Recently moved to Canterbury, and am so pleased to find a brilliant massage therapist within walking distance of my home. Sheila instantly put me at ease and I felt 100% more relaxed when I left. I am ridiculously picky when it comes to massage having done some training in it myself: Sheila knows what she's doing, asked for feedback throughout to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing, and uses lovely balms which smell and feel great to massage with too. Thank you!

I visited Sheila for some abdominal scars and an ankle injury. The acupuncture helped substantially, alongside massage and a facial which were wonderful. Sheila is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and attuned. I would definitely recommend her. The services were excellent, I will be returning!
