About this therapy
This 30-minute Distance Reiki Reset is ideal whether you're completely new to Reiki and curious to experience it for the first time, or already familiar with Reiki and would simply like some dedicated time to pause, relax and reconnect.
What to expect
Your session will take place remotely, so you can receive Reiki without travelling or leaving the comfort of your own space.
We'll begin with a brief welcome and check-in before you settle somewhere comfortable. You may choose to sit or lie down, close your eyes and simply relax while the Reiki portion of your session takes place.
There is nothing you need to do or achieve during the session. Everyone experiences Reiki differently, so there is no expectation that you should feel anything in particular.
At the end, you'll have a moment to gently reconnect and briefly reflect on your experience before continuing with your day.
Please choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won't need to drive or attend to anything during your session.
