Bio

Hi! I’m Jay, and I am a Reiki Master. Following years of abusive relationships and suffering from low self-esteem since childhood, my introduction to Reiki came at just the right time during a particularly dark and difficult period in my life. After experiencing Reiki Energy, I felt this passion and vision that I should share this with everyone as it brought me from darkness into light and helped me to put a stop to the abusive cycles!

Having always been an Empath and someone who enjoys helping others, it is only natural that I should utilise Reiki Energy to help others, in the same way it helped me.

Experience

Jay has over seven years experience of working with Reiki and has established herself as a Reiki Master with a proven track record.

She has successfully facilitated meditations, retreats, and other group activities both online and in-person.

A combination of Jay’s patience, calming nature, and intimate group setting offers plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and deepen your learning experience.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Jay brings an empathic, compassionate approach to her workshops that will leave a long-lasting, positive impression.
