3 Private Virtual-Led Yoga Sessions.
This is an introductory package that helps to prepare students to navigate their orientation into Yoga.
This is a helpful tool for those who a newly curious; those with limitations or injuries and can be a great bridging resource for those who may need reminders and support for existing wellness and practice.
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please book and take your therapy before the expiry date.
This therapy is available subject to practitioner availability.
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred slots are available.
Please allow up to 60 minutes for the full therapy (plus a few minutes to settle in).
Pay for the therapy and we’ll send your confirmation (and voucher details if applicable) to you — or directly to the recipient. Then you simply check the info and book your preferred slot.

As a family we were feeling very concerned, as our happy and confident daughter had become overwhelmed with angst and anxiety, following the trials and tribulations of this summer. We began to investigate pathways to… As a family we were feeling very concerned, as our happy and confident daughter had become overwhelmed with angst and anxiety, following the trials and tribulations of this summer. With thought about this anxiety, we had sought medical advice, but for a youngster, this didn’t sit well with me. We began to investigate pathways to alternative therapies, and our journey led us to try Yoga Therapy with Aly Stringer. Aly continues to support our daughter through a turbulent time - offering personalised 1-1 sessions. With Aly’s knowledge and expertise in this field, together they are in the process of transforming our daughter’s emotional and physical health, and we are all seeing and feeling the benefits. The sessions are person centred, and are empowering, and our daughter is now regaining confidence and self-belief, and is able to take responsibility for her own well-being. She is managing her emotions with relaxation tools, and is empowering herself with coping strategies. We have watched her regain her confidence and sparkle. Most importantly, she really enjoys her sessions. Aly is calm, kind and non-judgmental, and we are so delighted and grateful that we have found her and that she is so amazing at what she does. We can’t recommend the Yoga Therapy sessions enough - It has proved to be such a worthwhile investment - so much so that I have now booked a course of sessions for myself, and, as a busy Mum I love them!
