I've always been drawn to yoga, since I was a teenager. As a professional musician, and mum to three boys, practising yoga has helped me keep strong in my body and mind.
I started my teacher training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2021, and it's been utterly life-changing. I teach hatha yoga, including pranayama and meditation. My aims are to bring my students connection with themselves and others, cultivating a sense of unity and calm, whilst maintaining a keen interest in anatomy and physiology.
My classes are student-focused, providing plenty of options and props to help each individual get the most out of their time with me.
The most satisfying part of teaching yoga is the progress I see in my students - each tiny step they make on their way to being more mobile, more fulfilled and confident!
I currently teach yoga at the Royal Academy of Music, London, NRG GYM Gravesend and Badgells Wood Camping, as well as running my own classes and workshops.
