Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for products purchased from WOW Store.
Services and bookings may have separate rules in our Booking, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
1. Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery unless the law or product page says otherwise.
2. Eligible items
Returned items should be unused, in saleable condition, and sent back with proof of purchase where possible.
3. Non-returnable items
Gift cards, digital products, personalised items, and opened hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded from return where permitted by law.
4. Faulty items
If something is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as you can and we will help resolve it.
5. Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Where stock allows, exchanges may be offered.
